2023 Oratorical Contest

 

Below is the information relative to the James F. Wertz Oratorical Contest.Please share with all appropriate staff under your leadership. We are strongly urging all churches to encourage your young people to participate in the Oratorical Contest.
 
The Oratorical Contest will be held in-person at:
Williams Grove Baptist Church
735 Rock Quarry Rd. Raleigh, NC 27610
Please instruct each contestant to fill out the State Congress of Education Cover sheet and entry form in the attached packet. They will also be given a time slot and we will begin with Division I thru III. Each contestant is allowed to invite guests. More information will follow.
Date of Contest: May 6th, 2023, at 1PM
All application and speeches must be typed, and post marked by April 1st, 2023.
